There are a number of ways in which assistance is enormously appreciated, for example:

v     Collecting teddy bears, used or new.  There is also an easy knitting pattern available so enlist the support of your family, colleagues and friends!

v    We hold Easter and Christmas parties for the children who attend court preparation in the three regions (Soweto, Joburg and West Rand) so we need to collect Easter eggs, refreshments, Christmas presents and other party treats.

v    By sponsoring a child – R x to provide one child with a medical examination, follow up counselling and / or play therapy as well as court preparation.

v    Repairs and refurbishing one of the rooms of our offices 

v    By funding one of our projects – details available

v    Get involved at one of our fundraising events!  Its lots of fun and a chance to meet people too.

v    We have a volunteer programme.  Volunteers are required to complete a one week fulltime training and are supervised regularly.  Medical intake volunteers work at our branch at the Jhb Hospital (9^th Floor, Paediatric Block) one morning per week.  Kids Court Support volunteers help prepare children to testify in Court, meeting one Saturday per month and then also accompanying the child to Court as well.
